オンラインカジノを利用した賭博は犯罪です！（Gambling using online casinos is a crime!）

文部科学省から、以下のとおり注意喚起がありましたので、お知らせいたします。

 日本国内では、いわゆるオンラインカジノに接続して賭博を行うことは違法であり、警察においては、オンラインカジノに係る賭博事犯について取締りや広報啓発を推進しているところです。

令和７年９月 25 日からギャンブル等依存症対策基本法の一部が改正され、オンラインカジノサイトの開設・運営やオンラインカジノアプリのアプリストアへの掲載をはじめ、例えば SNS などで、オンラインカジノサイトのリンクを貼り付けて投稿したり、オンラインカジノサイトの宣伝や広告をしたりすること、オンラインカジノサイトを紹介するまとめサイトを作ることも禁止行為の対象となりますのでご注意ください。詳しくは別添のチラシやリンクをご参照ください。

The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology has issued the following warning, which we hereby notify you of. In Japan, connecting to so-called online casinos to engage in gambling is illegal. The police are currently promoting crackdowns and public awareness campaigns regarding gambling offenses related to online casinos.

Please note that starting September 25, 2025, amendments to the Basic Act on Countermeasures Against Gambling Addiction will prohibit certain activities. These include establishing or operating online casino sites, listing online casino apps on app stores, posting links to online casino sites on social media, advertising or promoting online casino sites, and creating aggregation sites that introduce online casino sites.
