＜通知＞台風接近に伴う授業の取扱いについて（2023年8月7日17時00分現在）/Typhoon Information (as of 17:00 on August 7, 2023)

学生　各位

台風6号が九州に接近しており、熊本県も今後、強風や大雨の可能性があります。

8月8日（火）の授業・試験については、通常どおり実施する予定ですが、
公共交通機関の運休等の影響を受け、やむを得ず授業等に遅刻し、又は
授業等を欠席した場合は、申し出に基づき、遅刻、欠席扱いしないようにしますので、
通学路等が暴風域に入る可能性も確認し、身の安全を第一に、無理して通学しないようにしてください。

なお、公共交通機関の運休等による欠席等の場合は、
所属学部又は授業担当教員の求めに応じ、
運休証明書などの提出が必要になる場合があります。

授業担当教員から指示があった場合は、それに従ってください。

熊本市に避難指示（レベル4）又は暴風警報が発令された場合の授業の取り扱いは、以下のとおりです。

・午前6時時点で発令されている場合　　　　１時限目及び２時限目休講

Put Safety First!

Typhoon No.6 "KHANUN" is approaching, and Kumamoto prefecture may have strong winds and heavy rain.

On August 8th, classes will be conducted as scheduled.
However, please check the safety of your route to university, and if it should be in the storm zone, put your safety first, avoid danger and stay in a safe place when it is risky coming to classes.

In the case of not being able to come to classes due to a public transportation cancellation, etc., you may be required to submit a certificate of cancellation upon request of your faculty or the teacher(s) in charge of the class(es).

When instructions are issued by the teacher(s) in charge of the class(es), then follow the instructions.

When an evacuation order (Level 4) or a storm warning is issued for Kumamoto City, classes will be handled as follows:

・If the warning is in effect at 6:00 a.m., classes in the first and second periods are cancelled.
