震災でメンタルヘルスの不調をきたしている学生の対応について
令和8年7月28日に発生した令和8年熊本地震により、被災された方へ心よりお見舞い申し上げます。
今回の地震のように、突然予期しない出来事が起こると、誰にでも心や体にいつもとは違う反応が現れることがあります。どのような反応があるか、どのように対処すればよいのかを知っておくことは、自分自身や周りの人を支えるための備えにもなります。ぜひ「災害時の心のケアマニュアル」をご覧ください。
なお、｢保健センター｣及び｢学生相談室｣では、震災でメンタルヘルスの不調をきたしている学生の対応を行っています。
震災により精神的に不安定になったり、パニックになったり等、メンタルヘルス面で支障がある学生へ下記相談室等をご案内します。

Regarding Support for Students Experiencing Mental Health Issues Due to the Earthquake
We extend our deepest sympathies to everyone affected by the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake that occurred on July 28, 2026.
When sudden, unexpected events like this earthquake occur, anyone may experience unusual reactions in their mind or body. Understanding what these reactions might be and how to cope with them helps prepare you to support both yourself and those around you.
We encourage you to consult the "Mental Health Care Manual for Disasters." The Health Center and the Student Counseling Office are available to provide support to students experiencing mental health issues resulting from the earthquake. We provide information on the counseling services listed below for students facing mental health challenges—such as emotional instability or panic—due to the earthquake.
