  Orientation Handbook

This examination is to evaluate the Japanese language proficiency and the basic academic abilities of international students who wish to study at Japanese Universities at the undergraduate level.
- Date of exam: June and November
- Venues: Japan and 11 foreign countries
- Subjects: Japanese as a Foreign Language, Science, Japan and the World, Mathematics (depends on the faculty's requirements)

- The Faculty of Education and the Faculty of Engineering allow prospective students to select up to two choices. - Application Guidebooks will be available in mid-November. - The Announcement of successful applicants is March 8th. - In addition, the dates in the chart above will vary slightly from year to year.
