it's the presentation ceremony of new bicycles
For the benefits of international students within the prefecture, Kumamoto Prefecture Bank Association had sponsored 23 new bicycles to the Kumamoto International Student Relations Promotion Committee.
The presentation ceremony was held on the 9th of February at Kurokami district.
